Tyno Park is the third largest fully developed industrial park in the Hradec Králové Region.​

 

The site, covering nearly 10 hectares, was developed in two phases. The first phase began in 2019, delivering 13,500 m² of gross floor area for the manufacturing company Cataler. The second phase was completed between 2021 and 2022, adding another 26,500 m² of gross floor area. This space is now primarily occupied by logistics companies Dachser and CS Cargo, as well as Totem Bikes, which operates assembly and storage facilities on the premises.
